Export packaging
Most certainly customers do not like to receive consignments in a poor condition because of insufficient outer packaging for transport. In order to ensure that the high quality products customers have ordered from INTEGRAL arrive in the same top condition with our customers as they were dispatched from our factory, all goods are contained in solid export packaging such as cardboard-sleeved pallets in case of sea and surface shipments as well as in air containers in case of air freight shipments. The receipt of clean and undamaged products saves costs, secures satisfied customers and spares time-consuming discussions with forwarders about shipping damages. Of course professional packaging comes at a cost. For this reason we appreciate our customers understanding that we ask the customers to share some of the materials costs for this solid export packaging - for the benefit of the customers.
Additionally the solid export packaging allows INTEGRAL to stack ordered goods on pallets much higher than without such packaging. For our customers this means to save money on the freight due to reduced shipping volume. When receiving the goods you will agree that it is the right choice for you to have decided for INTEGRAL products. For maximum protection of the ordered goods INTEGRAL ships products in protective cardboard-sleeved pallets in case of sea and surface shipments. In case of air shipments deliveries are made in stable cardboard air-containers. Below you will find further descriptions and illustrations about the packaging of your orders: Sea Shipments & Surface Shipments:Depending on the volume of the items to be delivered, INTEGRAL is shipping consignments in cardboard-sleeved pallets in a width of 120 x 120 cm or 120 x 80 cm. Depending on the destination the shipments take place on either plastic pallets or wooden pallets.
Air-Containers:Air shipments are made in solid cardboard air-containers in a size of ca. 106 x 74 x 66 cm. These cardboard containers used for air shipments as shown in the picture below offer increased protection for the goods contained inside.
